Part 2: Add More Classical Music To Your Life

In the Fall, M3 Creative Academy put together a listening guide for anyone who wanted to learn more about classical music. Several people joined in, learned about some of the greatest composers of all time, listened to some music they liked (and some they probably didn't like) and grew in their cultural richness. With much excitement we are publishing the second half of the list for the Spring. The selections are again based on Classical Music: The 50 Greatest Composers and Their 1,000 Greatest Works by Phil G Goulding. In 18 weeks you will cover an addition seventeen of the 50 composers and a wide variety of their music extending over 400 years of history. Download the pdf with a reading schedule for students and links to recordings on Spotify. Finally, order a copy of the book and stay in touch. Let us know on Facebook or Instagram what you like (or don't like) about each composer.
